How it Started
Mission Zero Hawaii's goal is to accelerate the integration of electric vehicles (EV) into society in order to curb fossil fuel usage.
At Mission Zero, we understand the importance of protecting the environment. We pride ourselves on being able to provide Hawaii with the highest quality electric vehicle (EV) rentals.
MZH is proud to be the FIRST exclusively electric vehicle rental company in Hawaii! By providing EV rentals, we supply visitors with a sustainable mode of transportation while visiting the beautiful island of Kaua'i. Despite being a small company, we’re making a big impact. Kauai generates ~75% of our island’s energy from renewable energy resources (Kaua’i Island Utility Cooperative).
This allows us to create a circular economy by using our local co-op electricity. Pretty cool and a big win for conserving our finite resources!
FUN FACT: Renting an EV from MZH means you can quite literally be powered by the sun, water, and biomass instead of fossil fuels.
